Loochy was introduce to video games in December 1995 when his parents bought him a Super Nintendo with Mario Paint. He started streaming on Twitch in March 2018 as ‘Loochytv’ and slowly grew his channel part-time while working full-time as an electrician. However, he lost his job in January 2020 and so decided to try focusing all of his attention on his channel instead. This paid off, as he grew enough to attract the attention of XSET, with whom he signed in February 2021.
He decided to try switching to Kick.com on March 16, 2023, in order to diversify, and his follower and subscriber count rapidly increased over the next couple of weeks. Although he had originally thought of switching platforms, he has continued to multi-stream on both.
